“Switch Now” is a digital video campaign from FiberX, a leading FTTH internet provider in Basrah. The campaign tackles everyday frustrations users experience with outdated internet services, slow speeds, lag during gaming, disrupted online classes, family bandwidth wars, and unreliable customer support.
The storytelling focuses on 5 short videos that highlight relatable pain points in internet from daily life in Basrah. Whether it’s a student getting kicked out of class, a gamer losing due to lag, or a family stuck buffering their favorite show, each scene ends with a simple yet powerful message:
“Switch Now – because enough is enough.”
The tone is humorous, emotional, and direct, with a deep understanding of Iraqi users’ struggles with poor internet. By merging local insight with a universal call to action, the campaign pushes viewers to make a fast and confident switch to FiberX.
